Local Women's Organization hosts Pet Drive for Oklahoma Animal Rescue

THE WOODLANDS, Texas -- A Pet drive was hosted Thursday, June 27th in The Woodlands to benefit animal shelters affected by the recent Oklahoma tornadoes.

Jimisu and her Beauties is a non-profit organization that raises funds and awareness for no-kill animal shelters throughout Texas. The organization's founder, Jimisu Balko, wanted to extend her resources to our neighboring state in effort to send aide to shelters in need.

She would like extend her gratitude to those that made this possible, Crescent Moon Wine Lounge, volunteer Driver to Oklahoma, Adriann Snow, Photography, Bonnie Sills/Energy Tunnel Inc, Beauties and all those that donated pet supplies.
