Play area re-opening celebration at The Woodlands Mall

THE WOODLANDS, Texas -- The butterflies, ladybugs and caterpillars will be there. As will the slow-poke turtle and the swimmingly cute fish. The canoe will be boarding passengers and the big tree will be all set for climbing. The river and the woodlands path will be ready for roaming and the cozy campfire will be blazing with pretend fun.

It’s all part of the fun when The Woodlands Mall celebrates the re-opening of The Magic Forest play area on Saturday, August 17. “We have missed all our little visitors since the play area closed earlier this summer,” says Noemi Cortez, marketing manager of The Woodlands Mall. “So, to announce and to celebrate the opening, we’re throwing a re-opening party and hope that everyone will come and join in the fun and discover the new location near jcpenney.”

All the favorite play equipment from The Magic Forest will be ready for playing, climbing, jumping and the like. Plus, little ones can have their faces painted and watch as a balloon artist creates animals, hats and more fun things to take home. As a special treat, the Chick-fil-A cow will be visiting with guests, posing for photos and handing out coupons for free meals, while supplies last, at the Chick-fil-A counter in the Food Court.
