Graco recalls harness buckles on many carseats

Recently, Graco issued a recall notice for a wide variety of their carseats, stating that a defect exists in over 20 of their carseat types.

"Specifically, the buckles may be difficult to unlatch or become stuck in the latched position making it difficult to remove a child from their car seat, and increasing the risk of injury in the event of an emergency requiring immediate exit from the vehicle," Graco stated.

Those with affected carseats can email, call or apply online for a free new replacement buckle, which will come complete with instructions on how to reapply. Expect 6-8 weeks for delivery.
