Luis Arce joins The Woodlands Oriental Rug Gallery

THE WOODLANDS, Texas -- The Woodlands Oriental Rug Gallery is pleased to announce, Luis Arce, an expert in the international rug industry, has joined Woodlands Oriental Rug Gallery.

Luis’ customers include collectors and interior designers in the United States, Mexico and South America, for the last 25 years.

“The greatest rugs in the world are like fine art” says Arce. “They have superb quality, designs and color combinations. The mid to late 19th Century was the heyday of the rugs from Persia, Indian and Turkey. Today, we can also find great new pieces with excellent workmanship, design and color combinations. In addition to the elite clientele which I have had the privilege of serving through the years, there are a number of young professional who look for quality” Luis says. ”There is a great interest in finding one-of-a-kind, rare and well-made hand knotted rugs”. Luis also suggests that owners carefully maintain their rugs with regular cleaning and repair to protect their investment.

Luis is originally from El Salvador. His background allows him to converse with the local Hispanic community to educate clients about quality, design and color.
