Avante Laser & MediSpa’s Men’s Shopping Night set for Nov. 12

THE WOODLANDS, Texas – Grab the guys and shop for the special woman in your life while enjoying some of Houston’s finest bourbon, cigars and signature appetizers at Avante Laser & MediSpa’s Men’s Shopping Night from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., Nov. 12, at 3651 Weslayan in Houston.

Avante’s exclusive in-store shopping event takes the stress out of holiday shopping for spa services for your favorite female. From 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., Avante’s highly trained aestiticians will be on hand to discuss some of the many services that Avante offers including customized facials, laser hair removal, skin tightening, microdermabrasion and injectables, including Botox and fillers.

Avante owners Stacey Upchurch and Mary Ann Urban said they offer something to make every woman look and feel better. “Many women don’t treat themselves to these services, so they make wonderful and welcome gifts for those who seek a little pampering,” Upchurch said.

Yellow Rose Distilling will provide tastings of its award-winning whiskeys including its Outlaw Bourbon Whiskey. Founded in 2010, Yellow Rose Distilling is a small artisan distillery that owns the distinction of being Houston’s first legal whiskey distillery.

Pairing the right whiskey with cigars is an art and even the most seasoned cigar smokers and whiskey connoisseurs can find themselves at a loss when pairing drinks with cigars. Bob’s Steak and Chop House, ranked as one of the top steakhouses in the country, will have one of their cigar aficionados on hand to educate men on what makes the best cigar pairing with Yellow Rose whiskey and how to properly cut, toast and light that premium cigar.

Holiday gift cards for products and services will be discounted during the Men’s Shopping Night: if you purchase $100 worth of services, you receive a $25 gift card; $250 worth of services, you receive a $75 gift card; and $500 worth of services, you receive a $150 gift card. In addition to the complimentary whiskey and food, there will also be drawings for spa-related services.
