Esprit International School student selected to TCSAAL All-Region Flag Football Team

Junior, Paul Verrett of Esprit International School has been selected to the TCSAAL All-Region Flag Football Team as well as the All-State Academic Team. Paul was 1 of 12 players selected from the 15 teams in the East division. Paul finished the 7 game season with 784 passing yards, 552 rushing yards, 19 passing touch downs, 4 rushing touch downs, 7 extra points and 4 defensive interceptions. He completed almost 70% of his passes and had an overall quarterback rating of 135.89.

Academic/leadership accomplishments include Student Council President, team captain, and 4.0 with Honors.

Verrett states, “I’m honored to be selected by the league and appreciate Esprit’s sports and academic programs”.

Esprit offers a college-preparatory curriculum, which includes dual-credit and AP programs, through a Montessori approach which fosters independent learning under the direction of highly qualified teachers/professors.
