THE WOODLANDS, Texas – When Woodlands Online surveyed the area for the best place to keep young minds entertained, The Woodlands Children’s Museum came out on the top of the list.

The museum was voted “best kids entertainment” by the online news source in its annual Best of The Woodlands program. Residents were invited to vote for their favorite local venues, businesses and service providers.

The Woodlands Children's Museum is a nonprofit organization that offers educational exhibits, a full calendar of exciting activities and a cool space for creative play.

“We are very honored to receive this award,” Angela Colton, executive director of the museum, said. “The museum now draws families seeking age-appropriate activities for young children from all over Montgomery and Harris counties. We are grateful to all of our fans who took the time and placed a vote for us.”

This summer, the museum will celebrate its sixth anniversary at its current location, 4775 W. Panther Creek Drive, Suite 280 in The Woodlands, 77381. There is always plenty to do at The Woodlands Children’s Museum – from art and science to make-believe and magic, the museum has a full calendar of exciting activities.

Daily Admission is $5 per person 1 year and older. There is no charge for children under 1. Recommended for ages 7 and under.
