Strykers shutout again

THE WOODLANDS -- The Strykers were no match for the first-place Brazos Valley Bombers as they fell 9-0 in the last game before the All-Star break.

Patrick King led the Woodlands offense with two hits while Seth Campbell, Logan Clarke and Kyle Porter combined to pitch three scoreless innings and strike out six Bombers.

The Woodlands return to action after the All-Star break on July 22nd as they travel to play the Texas Marshals. The next home game for the Strykers is July 28th when they host the Cane Cutters.
