THE WOODLANDS, Texas -- The Howard Hughes Corporation announces REACH Stretch Studios as the newest tenant at Lake Woodlands Crossing, a 60,261 RSF retail center under development in The Woodlands Town Center at the northeast intersection of Lake Woodlands Drive and Grogan’s Mill Road.

With the addition of the new studio, Lake Woodlands Crossing is 78 percent pre-leased.

REACH Stretch Studios creates a unique experience for members by combining certified stretch therapists in individualized suites. Based on F.A.S.T. (Functional Assisted Stretch Therapy) designed by Ryan Terry, a former NFL player and co-founder of REACH Stretch Studios, members will receive a personalized service designed to fit the stretching needs of individuals of all ages.

Each session provides the opportunity for members to experience movements to assist in the areas of relaxation and recovery for pain relief. Sessions also recharge members to help them attain peak performance and fitness levels.

With its new concept, REACH Stretch Studios in The Woodlands® will be the first location owned by franchise partners, Jane Klimek and Jennie Buxbaum. Other REACH franchises are located in the Katy and Memorial areas of Houston.

“We are excited to welcome REACH Stretch Studios to Lake Woodlands Crossing. REACH provides a healthy alternative with stretch therapy to maintain a fit lifestyle,” said Rip Reynolds, Vice President of Leasing and Commercial Land for The Howard Hughes Corporation. “REACH Stretch Studios joins a diverse line-up of retailers, offering new shopping and dining opportunities within the heart of The Woodlands Town Center.”

REACH Stretch Studios unites with Ulta Beauty, Beaux Toes, Main Squeeze Juice Company and Stickhouse as the initial tenants in Lake Woodlands Crossing.

CDA Architects is designing Lake Woodlands Crossing with Arch-Con Construction as the General Contractor. Completion of Lake Woodlands Crossing is slated for late 2018.
