OPA’s ground transport program gives shelter and community dogs second chances at loving homes by partnering rescues and shelters in areas of the country where there is a higher demand for adoptable pets. Send these four-legged friends off as they embark on their journeys to adoptive homes, 10:30 a.m. Wednesday Aug. 29 in the parking lot at Blue Pearl Veterinary Clinic, 1646 Spring Cypress Road.
