THE WOODLANDS, Texas -- The Woodlands Township reminds residents that there will be no solid waste collection services on Thursday, November 22, 2018.

Households that are usually serviced on Thursday or Friday will be serviced on the following day. All services will be affected, including trash, recycling, yard trimmings, bulk pick-up and Simple Recycling (textiles). The regular pick-up schedule will resume on Monday, November 26, 2018.

For your convenience, The Woodlands Recycling Center at 5310 Research Forest Drive will be open for regular hours on Wednesday, November 21, 2018, from 4 to 7 p.m. and Saturday, November 24, 2018, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Please remember to be a good neighbor this Thanksgiving holiday week by following some simple guidelines. If you have house guests, please keep streets clear of parked cars on trash days to prevent blocked streets and missed pick-ups. Assist out-of-town neighbors by placing and removing their trash and recycling carts from the curb to keep our community beautiful.
