THE WOODLANDS, Texas -- COLD FRONT’S PRIMARY THREAT-STRAIGHT LINE WINDS AND POSSIBLE TORNADOS

For Immediate Release- December 26, 2018

The National Weather Service has forecast strong to severe thunderstorms to cross Southeast Texas overnight. We could receive anywhere form 1-3 inches of rain. This amount of rainfall should not cause any major flooding issues, but could cause some street flooding in areas that hold water with little rain. The main threat of this cold front is straight line winds and possible tornados.
