Constable Canine Captures Evading Suspect Near Foxwood Forest in Spring

SPRING, TX -- On March 25, 2019, deputies with Constable Mark Herman's Office responded to the 7000 block of FM 1960 in reference to a suspicious person. Upon deputies arriving, they attempted to make contact with the male but he quickly fled away on foot towards an apartment complex near Foxwood Forest Boulevard.

Constable Deputies set up a perimeter and with the assistance of a K9 Unit, the suspect was apprehended and identified as Raymond Davis. Investigation revealed that he was currently out on bond for Evading Arrest and Assault of a Peace Officer.

'Raymond Davis was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Evading Arrest. His bond and court information have not been set at the time of this release.' -Constable Mark Herman
