Lone Star College-lifePATH expands to LSC-Montgomery in fall 2019

CONROE, TX - Lone Star College continues its commitment to serve adults with cognitive disabilities by providing unique opportunities to access higher education, with the expansion of the lifePATH program to now include the LSC-Montgomery campus. Launched in 2015 at the LSC-Tomball campus, lifePATH is a four-year comprehensive model of post-secondary educational opportunities for students who have disabilities that affect executive functioning. Students can earn various Lone Star College certificates in Occupational Studies, ACT® WorkKeys® Assessments, and the ACT® National Career Readiness Certification. Students also have the opportunity to earn college credit in general Lone Star College credit courses. lifePATH has grown from eight students to over 80 and will welcome its inaugural class at LSC-Montgomery in the Fall of 2019. Applications are currently being accepted for both LSC-Montgomery and LSC-Tomball. Interested students are required to attend an information session as a part of the application process.
