THE WOODLANDS, TX -- Hallaron Advertising Agency is pleased to announce that Wen He (pronounced “Huah”) has joined the agency for a 10-week summer internship.

Ad Agency taps local UT-Austin student for summer internship

Wen is currently on break from her final year of studies at the University of Texas at Austin, where she is pursuing a degree in Advertising, with a minor in Business. Before her studies resume in August, she will be working at the agency as a Marketing Research Analyst.

Before joining Hallaron, Wen completed a 2018 internship with the Glade Arts Foundation in The Woodlands. While there, she led the social media and marketing efforts for the local Arts venue.

Originally from Chong Qing, China, Wen moved to the United States in 2011. Upon her arrival in Texas, Wen says she was immediately curious about advertising and its relationship with human emotions. From her first exposure to American billboards and commercials, she became fascinated with the way organizations try to connect with their customers.

“I’m looking forward to working with the account executives and members of the Strategy Team at Hallaron,” says Wen. “When the agency works with clients to create an ad campaign or refine their brand, research is always the first step. That’s the part that interests me most, and I am excited to see how my research can make its way into new advertising messages.”
