New Traffic Pattern for the 2019 Texas Renaissance Festival

MAGNOLIA, TX-- 2019 Texas Renaissance Festival when traveling through Magnolia at FM 1774 and FM 1488.

There is a NEW (FM 1774) OVERPASS on the North side of FM 1488. This road will travel over the railroad tracks.

DO NOT CROSS OVER THE RAILROAD TRACKS when coming from the South (SH 249).
The new overpass will feed traffic over the railroad tracks back to the surface road of FM 1774.

Heading NORTH (from SH 249/Tomball):
FM 1774 to FM 1488.

AFTER passing through the traffic light for Nichols Sawmill Rd., continue on FM 1774 (towards FM 1488), There will be 3 lanes.
** Right lane traffic may turn right OR go straight.
** Middle lane traffic goes straight only.
** Left turn is a continuous left turn ONLY lane.

This will be the traffic pattern from Buddy Riley Rd and FM 1488 -
Continue on FM 1774 STRAIGHT through the light at FM 1488 with (Walgreens on the left).

The new overpass will feed traffic over the railroad tracks back to the surface road of FM 1774.

Heading EAST (from SH 290):
FM 1488 to FM 1774

You must turn BEFORE the railroad tracks.
(Walgreen's will be on the left AFTER you turn.)

DO NOT turn left AFTER the railroad tracks.
This road will NOT connect to the new FM 1774.
