THE WOODLANDS, TX – StretchLab, a wellness boutique that specializes in Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF) assisted stretching, and Row House, the nation’s leading indoor rowing workout are launching in The Woodlands this spring.

Wellness boutique for assisted stretching offers complimentary sessions March 20-22

The new StretchLab studio will open its doors in Hughes Landing, a popular shopping and dining destination. StretchLab will be offering complimentary sessions March 20-22 and will open its doors to the public Monday, March 23rd with a joint grand opening celebration for both brands to follow in May.

Located at 2000 Hughes Landing Blvd #300, the studio will introduce people of all ages and fitness levels to the various health and wellness benefits of working with highly trained Flexologists™ in an open and energizing environment. Row House will be located next door to StretchLab and offers members effective, low-impact and high-energy workouts centered on the rowing machine, or ergometer but will also include body weight movements with weights off the rower.

StretchLab offers a variety of one-on-one personalized stretching services including a 25-minute stretch that concentrates on the client’s current stretching needs, as well as a 50-minute head-to-toe extensive stretch that addresses all major muscle groups. In addition to one-on-one stretching services, two small-format group stretches are available in which a trained Flexologist™ leads clients through a warm-up and sequence of stretches to address major muscle groups. Monthly memberships are available for four or eight visits per month, as well as family or shared plans along with drop-in stretches.

The two new studios are owned and operated by husband-and-wife entrepreneurs Tracy and Wesley Cowley. When the couple was introduced to the Xponential Fitness brands, Stretchlab & Rowhouse, they were excited about the opportunity to bring a high intensity low-impact fitness workout and a personalized one-on-one assisted stretching concept to help all ages, shapes & sizes into The Woodlands community. Both owners have a passion for sports and fitness, making this a perfect venture for the couple.

“We are thrilled to bring both StretchLab and Row House to the Woodlands and be a part of the Hughes Landing community offering patrons NEW health and fitness options,” said Tracy Cowley. “The thought of helping people transform their lives and promote such amazing services and classes is something that drives us daily.”
