Dear Friends, Clients and Partners,

Our hearts go out to all who have been affected by the outbreak of COVID-19. As we navigate this situation together, I wanted to personally reach out and provide an update on steps C&S Executive is taking to help prevent the spread of the virus and support the health and well-being of our passengers. Below are a few highlights:

• In addition to practicing preventative measures to reduce the spread of germs within our facilities, all of our vehicles go through a rigorous, multi-step cleaning process before and after each trip.

• Our Drivers have all been assigned a bottle of disinfectant wipes and will wipe down the vehicle for each trip.

• Drivers will be given a Hand sanitizer mini bottle and will be more than happy to share with passengers if they would like to sanitize their hands.

We remain vigilant in upholding these practices and will take additional precautions as recommended by the Centers for Disease Control & Prevention(CDC), World Health Organization (WHO) and local governments. We continue to monitor this evolving situation and will keep you informed of future updates.

If you have an existing reservation, we look forward to seeing you and want to reassure you that we are taking every reasonable precaution to promote a safe and healthy environment. Your health and well-being are our highest priority and we truly appreciate the trust that you place in us when you choose C&S Executive.

If you have any meetings that have been scheduled within the state of Texas and prefer to not fly and minimize exposure to large crowds, please give us a call and we will be happy to provide you with private car or group transportation service to locations like San Antonio, Austin, Dallas, etc. so that you may continue to conduct business as needed and be in a minimized exposed setting.
