Major sports leagues offering fans free access to streaming services

THE WOODLANDS, TX -- Sports fans everywhere are still adjusting to the sudden stoppage of all of our favorite leagues. Social distancing without sports has resulted in more time to play video games, stream shows and movies, and participate in goofy internet challenges, but nothing beats watching your favorite teams in action. In an attempt to hold us over until sports are able to restart, many leagues are offering free access to their streaming services. So, put your favorite jersey, get comfortable, and re-watch some of the best games from yesteryear.

Today was supposed to be Opening Day 2020. Sadly, the start of this year’s Major League Baseball season will have to wait, but you can still get your baseball fix today by reliving past seasons. Along with many networks and MLB social media accounts replaying the best games and moments, baseball fans can sign up for free access to the 2018 and 2019 MLB archives for a limited time. As of now, the only NFL event affected by COVID-19 is the 2020 NFL Draft, but obviously as we get closer to the start of the NFL season, things could change.
