Constables respond to abandoned vehicle on Rayford Road

SPRING, TX -- On, April 30, 2020 around 1 pm, Montgomery County Pct.3 deputies responded to a Abandoned Vehicle call in the 2300 Blk Rayford Rd. The black Chevy Impala found in the roadway was involved in a crash after the black male stole some items from another vehicle in a local neighborhood. After the driver/Joshua D. Atkins, fled on foot he returned later in the evening to pickup the wrecked Chevy at the tow yard where deputies took him into custody for a Felony Warrant out of Harris Co, Fail to ID Fugitive and Theft.
