CONROE, TX - The Montgomery County Memorial Library System is excited to offer one on one online and phone reference services. Library staff can recommend a good book or movie; help with basic tech questions or research questions remotely. These appointments will provide library patrons with more in depth answers to all their questions from the safety of their home. “Sometimes you need something else to read or watch and you just can’t find it through our online catalog. That’s exactly why we developed this new service,” states Natasha Benway, Marketing Librarian for MCMLS. “Although the library building is not open for browsing due to safety reasons, our staff is here and we are able to help you find a new series to read or watch, help with that gardening question or even solve basic tech issues.”

To make an appointment, please visit www.countylibrary.org/virtualreference.htm at least 24 hours before the time you would like to book. You will receive an email when your appointment has been confirmed. All virtual reference appointments will utilize GoToMeeting. You are also always welcome to give us a call anytime if you have any questions.

The Montgomery County Memorial Library System has 7 locations around Montgomery County.
