Hand & Stone takes the extra step to keep clients safe while re-invigorating them

After employees passed the online course, they had to pass in-person assessments testing them on skills such as hand washing, sanitary disposal, front desk and room sanitation, and more.

When the spa is ready for the customer, they are escorted directly to their private room to begin the session. After the session, all linens are discarded. Hand & Stone also utilizes online forms and contact-lite transactions to ensure customers and employees are in the safest environment possible.
