The Howard Hughes Corporation Announces the Lobby Renovation of 1400 Woodloch Forest Office Building in The Woodlands

THE WOODLANDS, TX - The Howard Hughes Corporation® (NYSE: HHC) has announced the renovation project currently underway at the lobby of 1400 Woodloch Forest office building in The Woodlands®, an award-winning master planned community.

This renovation extends the lobby to include a large vestibule leading to the southside parking area. The lobby will feature all-new, updated finish materials including ceramic tile flooring and walls with modern lighting and hard ceilings. It will also incorporate COVID-19 safety protocols such as a touchless digital directory with the capability to receive directory information on your smart phone or options for a touch directory.

1400 Woodloch Forest is a five-story, 95,561-square-foot office building, owned and managed by The Howard Hughes Corporation. Situated on the northeast corner of Woodlands Parkway and Woodloch Forest Drive, it offers convenient proximity to shopping and dining along Waterway Square®, Hughes Landing®, The Woodlands Mall and Market Street as well as entertainment at The Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion. Also, within walking distance are The Westin at The Woodlands and luxury multifamily residences including The Millennium Six Pines, The Millennium Waterway and the soon-to-open, The Lane at Waterway.

The building provides easy access to Interstate 45, the Hardy Toll Road, Grand Parkway and George Bush Intercontinental Airport.

Gensler served as architect on the project, and Byrd Construction is handling the modern makeover project, which is slated for completion by mid-October.
