Woodlands Resident Authors Patriotic Poem; Looking for Musicians for Trump Visit

THE WOODLANDS, TX - Local Woodlands resident del Marquette Reno has authored a patriotic poem and is looking for musicians to join her for when President Trump visits the area.

'I am hoping that I can get my song on the local airwaves in order to raise revenue and awareness for our God given rights in the constitution,' Reno said.

Our great nation offers all the opportunities
to help anyone be what they want to be.
So many reasons we're proud of our land.
But, the time has come to get up and take a gallant stand.

We're 1 nation under God that's what our pledge states.
Well, how can that be with all the things that we tolerate?
Don't get me wrong, i'm for freedom and love our liberties.
But, it's taken too far, we're paying the price & hurting our families.

MOVE THIS NATION GOD & REALLY SET US FREE.
GIVE US THE COURAGE TO SET RIGHT OUR PRIORITIES.
HELP THIS NATION STAND ONLY FOR YOU.
& TRANSFORM OUR COLORS BACK TO RED, WHITE & TRUE BLUE.

We wonder how young children commit such sin.
Well, take a look at the world and see what they're living in.
Sex, drugs, and violence is what they hear and see
on billboards, books, and videos, radio, and tv.

Our golden rule should be keep prayer in our schools.
The ten commandments are our strongest tools.
Stand for what is right and don't give in.
God's the only one we should not offend.

MOVE THIS NATION GOD & REALLY SET US FREE.
GIVE US THE COURAGE TO SET RIGHT OUR PRIORITIES.
HELP THIS NATION STAND ONLY FOR YOU.
TRANSFORM OUR COLORS BACK TO RED, WHITE & TRUE BLUE.

God declared the 7th day holy and it was blessed.
Let's get our families in church. Don't work that day, rest.
Our family sticks together and we're so proud of God's name.
When we go to the movies we don't want to hear it used in vain.
God rewards belief in Him and only His ways.
So, how can we expect His help when we take out His name.
We should yield to only God and support His commands.
