THE WOODLANDS, TX -- Every evening from October 1 through November 7, Market Street will be shining bright with pink lights as it teams up with Houston Methodist Cancer Center at The
Woodlands in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

Guests to Market Street will enjoy the “Light It Up Pink” display throughout Central Park and at several nearby buildings along with Breast Cancer Awareness Month reminders inside social distancing circles on the park lawn.

Shoppers on rainy days during the month will be able to borrow a special pink umbrella as they browse between retailers or visit one of Market Street’s signature restaurants.

Pink hand sanitizers will be available in Central Park, and signage throughout the property will display Breast Cancer Awareness Month facts reminding women why it is important to get an annual screening mammogram.

“We want to take this opportunity to support the brave women in our community who are fighting breast cancer,” said Market Street Marketing Director Noemi Gonzalez. “We recognize the importance of screenings and are grateful to be able to partner with Houston Methodist Cancer Center at The Woodlands to help educate women in Montgomery County.”
