The Woodlands Fire Department respond to a vehicle roll over on Lake Woodlands

THE WOODLANDS, TX -- At 3pm Multiple units from The Woodlands Fire Department and Montgomery County Hospital District were dispatched to Interstate 45 at Lake Woodlands for a vehicle rolled over and on fire. On arrival Truck 101 reported an SUV On it’s side and on fire. Firefighters quickly extinguished the fire and verified that no one was inside. The driver had managed to crawl out prior to the vehicle catching fire. Fortunately there were only minor injuries and no one required transport to the hospital. Montgomery County Sheriff's Office is investigating the incident. Because of the fire most lanes of I 45 were blocked temporarily but the roadway has now been cleared.
