UPDATE: Residents report that power has been restored, as of 12:15 PM.
THE WOODLANDS, TX - Residents in and around Burberry Park in Sterling Ridge may have heard a bang before their power went out.
According to CenterPoint, the outage is currently affecting 101 customers with a current restoration time of 3:26 PM. Customers as far east as Ashlane Way also experienced minor disruptions but currently have power.
Though the cause of the outage is not known, residents in Burberry Park reported hearing a loud bang before the power went out. 'It sounded like someone slamming a lid to a dumpster,' a resident stated.
