Constables Arrest Suspect Drunk Driver For Two Counts Of Intoxication Assault

SPRING, TX -- On March 14, 2021, deputies with Constable Mark Herman's Office responded to a major vehicle collision at the Kuykendahl and Louetta Road intersection. Upon deputies arriving, it was discovered that the at fault driver ran a red light and crashed into a vehicle traveling through a green light.

Four occupants in the victim's vehicle were transported to a local hospital to be treated for serious injuries.

Constable Investigators determined that the at fault driver, identified as Trevion Roberson was driving while intoxicated.

'Trevion Roberson was arrested and booked into Harris County Jail, charged with two counts of 3rd Degree Felony Intoxication Assault. His bond was set at $5,000.00 out of the 179th District Court.' - Constable Mark Herman
