Market Street Hosts 4th Of July Parade and Live Music

THE WOODLANDS, TX -- Market Street is the best place to celebrate our nation’s birthday. This year the celebration happens on Saturday, July 3 beginning at 9:00 am. Market Street will host the popular 45h Annual South Montgomery County 4th of July Parade - a patriotic tradition featuring marching bands, parade floats and local dignitaries. Additionally, the shopping and entertainment destination will host a live performance from the Adrian Michael Band Saturday, July 3rd from 5:00 – 7:00 pm.

45th Annual South Montgomery County 4th of July Parade: 9:00 am

The 45th Annual South Montgomery County Fourth of July Parade kicks off a Stars & Stripes Forever theme led by Grand Marshall, (retired) General Stephen Hummer with marching bands, fire engines, horses and floats along with appearances from local dignitaries. Marching bands include students from Willis High School and Hempstead High School, The Woodlands College Park High School and The Woodlands High School. Guests will line the streets and enjoy the parade, which makes its way through Market Street and concludes at 10:30 am. For additional details visit www.4thofjuly.org.

Live Concert: 5:00 – 7:00 pm

The Adrian Michael Band will perform live in Central Park on July 3 from 5:00 – 7:00 pm. Guests may bring a blanket or lawn chair to listen to the performance, which will include a variety of popular cover hits spanning the decades.
