THE WOODLANDS, TX -- Last Saturday, more than 600 people of all ages showed up for the annual Memorial Hermann 10 for Texas ten-mile race, as well as the 3.1 Armadillo Run 5k and the One 4 Texas Kids' Fun Run races. Despite the heat, the pace was strong and the competition fierce, all for a good cause to raise funds and awareness for Memorial Hermann - The Woodlands.

Memorial Hermann benefits from hundreds of runners of all ages

Woodlands resident Daniel Golden won the overall 10-mile race with a time of 55:24, averaging a pace of 5:32 per mile. Bree Fontenot of Tomball won the women’s group with a time of 1:05:46, averaging 6:35 per mile.
