LEAGUE CITY, TX -- 57-year-old Noel James McDaniel, known as “Jim”, was last seen in League City, Texas on December 12, 2021. Wayne has clean cut, salt/pepper hair and brown eyes. He also has a scar between his eyebrows and on his left shoulder. It is possible that Jim may be driving a lime green and black Dodge Challenger SRT bearing Texas license plate GD23BH, as shown in the picture. It is unknown what clothes Jim was wearing at the time of his disappearance.
