UPDATE:Heavy Traffic Expected at the Intersection of Interstate 45 and 1488 Due to Road Repairs Starting Friday, March 18th at 7pm

THE WOODLANDS, TX - UPDATE: We just received information that TXDOT has delayed the start of this project until potentially next week. We will provide updated information on the new start time as soon as possible.



TXDOT Road Closure IH-45 and FM 1488

TXDOT expects to continue repairs of the southbound main lanes of IH45 over the San Jacinto River bridge near FM1488 starting Friday, March 18, 2022 at 7pm. This closure has the potential to generate heavy traffic, and could last several hours. Use caution when approaching the area, and find alternate routes if possible.
