HOUSTON, TX -- SVN | J. Beard Real Estate – Greater Houston recently completed the lease of a 4,408-square-foot office space in Willowbrook Place I located at 17314 State Highway 249 in Houston, Texas. Willowbrook Place I is a three-story, 49,599-square-foot Class B office building.
