The Woodlands, TX -- Patrons of The Woodlands Resort’s waterside Back Table Kitchen & Bar’s are invited to relax and “unwine” every Wednesday during a new weekly wine class series.

WHO:
An Advanced Sommelier holding a WSET Diploma, Alexandrina Dumitru is putting her stamp on sips throughout The Woodlands Hotels portfolio – including Back Table Kitchen & Bar, Sorriso Modern Italian Kitchen, Como Social Club, E'Terie at Embassy Suites at Hughes Landing, Cool Water Café and The Woodlands Dining Room– and brings an impressive background to her role as Director of Food and Beverage for The Woodlands Hotels. Prior to her appointment, she held food and beverage management roles at premier properties throughout Arizona and California including Sedona Rouge Hotel & Spa (now The Wilde Resort & Spa), Legacy Resort Hotel & Spa, Luxe City Center Hotel, Pacific Palm Resort, Annandale Golf Club and Laguna Cliffs Marriott Resort & Spa. She also served as restaurant manager at St. Regis Monarch Beach Resort & Spa (now Waldorf Astoria Monarch Beach).

Patrons of The Woodlands Resort’s waterside Back Table Kitchen & Bar’s are invited to relax and “unwine” every Wednesday during a new weekly wine class series. The fun and flavorful, 45-minute experience incorporates between three and five tastings paired with expert insights from Dumitru. As you swirl, sniff, sip and savor, you will learn about an array of topics. All levels of wine enthusiasts are welcome.

The classes are complimentary with a reservation at Back Table Kitchen & Bar on the same night. Without a dinner commitment, the cost of the class is $25 per person. To book a reservation, click here
