The Institute for Health Research
is hosting its Health & Longevity Lunch Forum at The Library at The Woodlands Country Club. The theme this year is “Harvesting Good Health.” Several nationally recognized speakers will explore the topics of Nutrition and Longevity and along with the topic of health, guests will also learn more about the Institute for Health Research and its mission. Speakers include: Keynote Speaker Edward Group, CEO Global Healing; Dr. Rima Laibow MD, OpenSourceTruth.com; Ralph Fucetola JD, Institute of Health Research; and Larry Deckerhoff, Host and Creator of The Lunch Forum Series. The event will be in person and live-streamed.

The Woodlands Arts Council is hosting its annual Fast Draw Competition at The Woodlands Mall’s Nordstrom Courtyard. 7th and 8th grade students from Montgomery County are given drawing materials and have 50 minutes to complete a still life as they work against the clock! The Cochran’s Crossing Village Association’s annual Fall Festival
will feature food, live music, a petting zoo, a rock wall, a trackless train, fall photo ops, professional face painting, carnival games, bounce houses, live performances, crafts, vendors, and more! The family-friendly event will be held from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. at Shadowbend Park, 4991 Lake Woodlands Drive. The event is free and open to the community.
