2023 Muddy Trails 5K

THE WOODLANDS, TX -- Muddy Trails 5K will take place on Saturday, February 18, 2023, at Rob Fleming Park beginning at 3 p.m. Muddy Trails 5K is produced by The Woodlands Township Parks & Recreation Department and a USA Track and Field (USATF) sanctioned event. The chip-timed 5K course winds through the beautiful 1,800-acre George Mitchell Nature Preserve and ends with a festive post-race party featuring live zydeco music and the Muddy Bowl Crawfish Cook-Off. The 5K race is open to runners of all abilities and recommended for participants ages 10 and older. Please Note: Muddy Trails 5K is not a mud run or adventure race.

Capped at 550 participants. Registration fee is $40 and includes finisher medal and participant packet. Please Note: A participant shirt will not be offered for this race. There will be no race day registration.

Refund Policy: 100% of your entry fee will be refunded until February 3. Refunds will not include Active.com processing fee. Refunds can take up to 3 weeks for processing. Please email the department to request a refund.

Please enter through the Board Chambers entrance.

PLEASE NOTE: Only participants who have pre-registered and paid for Race Day Packet Pickup will be allowed to pick up their packets Race Day morning.


Race Results

Race results to be posted no later than 8 a.m. Sunday, February 19.

Awards

Awards will be distributed to participants onsite at approximately 4 p.m.

Awards will be provided as follows:

• Overall Winner - Male and Female

• Overall Masters Winner - Male and Female (40 years and up)

Top three Male and Female finishers in the following age categories:

• 14 years and younger

• 15-19 years

• 20-29 years

• 30-39 years

• 40-49 years

• 50-59 years

• 60-69 years

• 70 years and up
