HS Football: The Four-Star General from The Woodlands Commits to Wisconsin
THE WOODLANDS, TX – Just before the holiday break four-star quarterback with The Woodlands Highlanders, Mabrey Mettauer, announced his commitment to Wisconsin. Over all the offer letters he received, he decided to go with the Badgers in the NCAA Big Ten.
Mabrey wrote in a recent tweet, “I am grateful for the opportunities that I’ve been blessed with!” And he has been preaching the same message after every game he plays in.
I am grateful for the opportunities that I’ve been blessed with! With lots of prayer, I have decided to follow @CoachFick and @CoachPhilLongo to the Big 10 where I will look forward to playing in the Air Raid!

After running out of the tunnel the 6-ft-5, 228-pound, qb for The Woodlands could be seen kneeling down before every game. Mettauer passed for over 2,600 yards with, 32 touchdowns and ran over 600 yards as a junior.
The nation looks on to see what he has in store for The Woodlands, and himself this final year before he heads out to Wisconsin.
