We survived the first full week of the new year, but 2023 is already shaping up to be one crazy year with no signs of slowing down. Luckily, The Woodlands has tons of wonderful events that can help you relax, get informed, and be entertained. Here’s just a sampling with our Top 5.

Wednesday, January 11
If you’re having trouble finding your inner peace with the onslaught of the new year, we have an event just for you. Starting today, Memorial Hermann The Woodlands Hospital will host an 8-week Tai Chi class for beginners at absolutely no cost; there is even free valet parking. Tai Chi is a very gentle form of movement that results in increased strength and balance, improved circulation, decreased stress, and a multitude of other health benefits.
