SHENANDOAH, TX - The following is a list of Significant Activity and Calls for Service for January 8-14, 2023. This does not reflect all calls for service during this period.

Arrests

• Possession of Controlled Substance – 27800 block of IH-45 – A suspect was arrested for felony PCS.

• Theft – 19100 block of IH-45 – One suspect arrested for Class B Theft.

• Resisting Arrest / Assault on Public Servant– 19300 block David Memorial – One suspect arrested for Resisting Arrest & Assault on Public Servant.

• Theft – 19100 block IH-45 – Two suspects arrested for Class B Theft.

• DWI 3rd & Unlawfully Carrying a Weapon – 19100 IH-45 N/B Service Road – Suspect arrest for DWI 3rd and UCW.

• Possession of Controlled Substance – 9200 block of Pinecroft – A suspect was arrested for felony PCS.

• Theft – 19100 block of IH-45 – One suspect arrested for Class A Theft.

• Theft & Evading in Motor Vehicle – 19100 block IH-45 – One suspect arrested for Evading in a Motor Vehicle and a passenger arrested for Felony Theft.


Property Offenses (without arrests)

• Criminal Mischief–19000 block IH-45– Known suspect broke car stereo but was not on the scene. Warrant to be filed.

• Fraud – 18400 block of IH-45 – Unknown suspect cashed numerous payroll checks.

• Theft of Motor Vehicle – 18800 block David Memorial Drive – Subject had his vehicle stolen during the night.

• Theft – 19100 block IH-45 – Known suspect stole merchandise but was not on scene. Warrant to be issued.

• Found Property– 100 block Vision Park Blvd – A small baggy with an unknown substance and pills was found on location and turned over to police for destruction.

• Burglary of Motor Vehicle – 19400 block IH-45 – Vehicle broken into and items stolen.


Persons Crimes (without arrests)

• Assault – 1500 Research Forest – Subject advised they were hit by another party. The other party advised it was verbal. Video showed no assault.


Other (without arrests)

• Assist Other Agency – 29900 block IH-45 S/B - DPS pursued a stolen vehicle. Shenandoah assisted and one suspect was taken into custody and turned over to DPS.

• Assist Other Agency – 19100 block IH-45 – Recovered runaway from Conroe.
