THE WOODLANDS, TX -- At Entergy Texas, customers are at the center of every decision. The company’s commitment to putting customers first earned top rankings in the J.D. Power 2022 Electric Utility

The utility received the highest ranking in four of the six study factors

Business Customer Satisfaction Study.

Entergy Texas ranked #1 in Customer Satisfaction with Business Electric service in the South among Midsize Utilities. The study, now in its 24th year, measures satisfaction among business customers of 78 targeted U.S. electric utilities, each of which serves more than 50,000 business customers.

Overall satisfaction is determined by six factors: power quality and reliability; corporate citizenship; price; billing and payment; communications; and customer contact. Entergy Texas received the highest ranking in four of the six study factors:

J.D. Power has more than 50 years of experience in delivering incisive industry intelligence on customer interactions with brands and products. The 2022 study results are based on responses from online interviews of business customers in decision-making roles related to their utility company.
