CONROE, TX -- Enjoy a frighteningly fun evening at Margaritaville Lake Resort’s License to Chill Bar & Café with a four-course dinner paired with a select menu of ales from Houston own’s St. Arnold Brewery.

• First course: assorted passed Hors d’oeuvres paired with Art Car IPA
• Second course: Shadowy Yukon Crypt Bytes (Yukon Gold potato dumplings) paired with St. Arnold Oktoberfest
• Third course: Arugula Enchanted Forest Salad (arugula, grapefruit, blood oranges, tricolor roasted beets, caramelized pears, goat cheese, candied pecans, and citrus elixir drizzle) paired with St. Arnold Pumkinator
• Fourth course: Roasted Rocky Mountain Vampire Elk (roast elk, braised red onions, and black current demi-glace) paired with St. Arnold Bourbon Barrel French Press
