Constable Ryan Gable's CID arrest child predator after search warrant was executed

MONTGOMERY COUNTY, TX -- On Wednesday, October 25th, 2023 the Montgomery County Precinct 3 Constable's Office - Criminal Investigations Division (CID) executed an arrest and residential search warrant at a residence located in Houston, Texas. The arrest and residential search warrants stemmed from a proactive investigation related to child exploitation that occurred within Montgomery County. 37 year old Samuel Adam Ochoa, communicated a plan with an adult male and had intentions of exchanging his 8-year-old daughter with the adult male's 7-year-ol juvenile female for the purposes of sexual conduct with a child.

During the course of this communication, Ochoa also sent child sexual assault material via a mobile device. While executing the residential search warrant Ochoa admitted to being in possession of additional child sexual assault material. Ochoa was taken into custody at the time of the residential search warrant for online solicitation of a minor, sexual conduct (F2), and promotion/possession of child pornography (F2). Ochoa was transported to the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office Jail on $100,000.00 bond.
