Constable Gable's patrol deputies find suspicious vehicle in Spring and arrest the passenger for possession

SPRING, TX -- In the early morning of November 5th 2023, one of Constable Ryan Gable's patrol deputies drove up on a suspicious black Toyota 4 door near the park in the 3800 block of Lexington Blvd, Spring.

After making contact with two males found sleeping in the vehicle they were detained. The passenger, identified as; 18 year old David L. Zver of New Caney was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance.

The driver was released from scene with the vehicle. David was transported to the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office jail where he was released to staff without incident.

ALL ARRESTED PERSONS ARE INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY IN A COURT OF LAW.
