YES to YOUTH - Montgomery County Youth Services is hosting its annual Galentine’s Luncheon today at 11:30 a.m. This fundraising feast is the sweetest way to enjoy lunch with friends, all for a great cause supporting our youth. Woodlands Online has partnered with Community Impact and The Woodlands Area Chamber of Commerce for the 2024 Primary Election Candidate Forum. This event, which is free and open to the public, is taking place today from 4 - 7 p.m. at the Jett Center next to Woodforest Stadium in Shenandoah. The forum will feature candidates from the races for County Commissioner Precinct 3, State Representative District 15, and Montgomery County Sheriff, and will be co-moderated by Woodlands Online’s news editor and Community Impact’s general manager. The forum will also be livestreamed on Woodlands Online.

Join Community Assistance Center (CAC) for a fun family friendly event, Hops for Hope 2024. Sit back and relax with one of Southern Star’s finest beverages, tap your toes to the sounds of Tomfoolery, and grab a bite from local food trucks. A silent auction and games will also be available. All proceeds will help to support the various programs and services that Community Assistance Center provides to its neighbors in need all across Montgomery County.
