Coach Domonique Lewis: The Dragons dropped four games in Florida. The first three games came by 8-run rule. Against the toughest team on the road trip, the Dragons played their best game, losing 6-1, however the game was played with zero errors on defense and two walks by the pitching staff.

During the trip, offensive leaders were Jackson Todd-4 hits, Zac Turner-4 hits, and Charlie Heard-3 hits. Nick Hagle had a great pitching performance going 4.2 innings and allowing two earned runs.

The Dragons opened SPC play this week with Houston Christian.

Coach Nicole Hedden: The Dragons collected a total of 10 hits. Leah Ruckman led Cooper with two runs batted in. She went two-for-three on the day. Daniella Villarreal went three-for-three at the plate to lead the Dragons in hits. Cameron Patterson had two hits in three at-bats and stole three bases.

Coach Jill DelRio: Mahir Khurana and Erika Olson won the SPC Individual Tournament, St. Stephen’s Invitational boys and girls singles out 11 SPC schools.

Abby Zubay and Emma Angelkov won consolation doubles.
