The annual John Cooper School Fine Arts Fest showcased the next generation of student artistic talent and ability
THE WOODLANDS, TX – The John Cooper School just hosted its annual Fine Arts Festival, where students got to show off their artistic skills as family members and the general public got to see what the next generation of arts would be.
Typically an autumn event, last year Head of School Dr. Stephen Popp opted to move it to April to avoid later-year galas and events jockey for position against this event.
Hundreds – if not thousands – of pieces of art of all media types adorned the walls and tables of the school. Outdoors, students showcased their talents and abilities with silk-climbers, singers, musicians, painters, craftspeople, and more. The event, open to the public, brought more than just parents; the entire community filled the campus to show their support and appreciation of this next generation of art.
