Wine & Food Week 2025 – Celebrate two decades of grape greatness May 28 - 31

THE WOODLANDS, TX – For the 21st time, Food & Vine Time Productions is bringing a special week together for lovers of the grape: it’s time for Wine & Food Week, running May 28 - 31. This special event for sommeliers and foodies alike showcases some of the best bottles locally, regionally, and globally. Wine & Food Week has been a Woodlands mainstay for two decades now, and is more popular than ever.

“We are inspired by you and the great group of patrons who come back and join the fun with us year after year. We hope you have the best experience ever. That inspires us to continue to bring you even more and unexpected elements in the future,” said Constance McDerby, founder and co-producer. “We invite you to raise a glass, meet a new friend, share a laugh and take it all in!”

Each day, something fun and fruity occurs, building up to a grand finale. Here’s a breakdown of what you can expect to enjoy:

Wednesday, May 28 – Wine Around The World Wednesday – 5:45 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. at The Woodlands Waterway Marriott Hotel & Convention Center

Get ready to travel around the world. No passport required. Just bring along your tastebuds and a friend, for this international wine-tasting experience. In this wine-hopping excursion, you will meet with knowledgeable wine experts who will be on hand to walk you through the wines exploring the wine industry in the country of origin. Each winery will have its own room and you will rotate from room to room at specific time intervals with your own group tour guide. After experiencing each country, you will have some time to return to your favorites!

Thursday, May 29 – Crushing it with Cocktails – 6:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. at The Woodlands Waterway Marriott Hotel & Convention Center

This brand-new Wine & Food Week event brings the heat with an epic tasting experience and a high-energy cocktail competition. Watch top mixologists battle it out while you sip and sample innovative creations, bold flavors, and crowd-favorite classics. If you’re all about craft cocktails, find your masterpiece and raise your glass and toast to the best in the biz. Don’t miss out – come taste, vote, and celebrate the art of the perfect pour.

Friday, May 30 – Sips, Suds & Savor – 6:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. at The Woodlands Waterway Marriott Hotel & Convention Center

Casual and fun Friday night out with great grub, live music, wine, beer, craft spirits, and a healthy dose of fun. This all-inclusive experience is the perfect date night, friends’ outing, or chance to make new connections. Back by popular demand, Shang & Byran Party Band will have you dancing all night long. Enjoy unique extras like a caricature artist, face painting, and a wine pull benefiting The Woodlands Waterway Arts Festival. Plus, get into the spirit and join the rowdy cast members of the Texas Renaissance Festival and capture all the memories at our themed selfie stations.

Saturday, May 31 – Wine Rendezvous Grand Tasting & Chef Showcase – 7:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. at The Woodlands Waterway Marriott Hotel & Convention Center

Enjoy beautiful décor, exquisite wines and amazing culinary creations as chefs from the globe compete for the Chef of Chefs award and cash prize. The Wine Rendezvous Grand Tasting & Chef Showcase has been touted as one of the most spectacular wine and culinary events in the country. You’ll enjoy chef demonstrations and culinary offerings from 35 restaurants competing to be the winner of the Chef of Chefs Culinary Awards, as voted by an esteemed panel of judges. Featuring hundreds of wines, The Wine Rendezvous Grand Tasting & Chef Showcase presents guests with the opportunity to slip into their finest attire and be in the company of serious wine enthusiasts and outstanding culinary talent.

For the serious wine enthusiast, you’ll want to upgrade to the Bayway Cadillac VIP Luxury Lounge. Crème de la crème wine selections for discerning palates are offered in swank surroundings within a private lounging area. This event is cocktail attire.

As busy as these four days are, the ‘Week’ doesn’t end there! A few days later, the annual Ladies of the Vine Tasting, Luncheon & Panel Discussion takes place at The Club at Carlton Woods on Friday, June 6, 11:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. Here, a panel of women winemakers, owners and experts guide you behind the bottle… what it takes to get it to your taste buds.

Then, later in the year comes the revered Platinum Wine Vault Luxury Tasting at Bayway Cadillac of The Woodlands, and then the immensely popular H-E-B Wine Walk in October.
