The Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion Welcomes Four Dynamic New Members to its Board of Directors

THE WOODLANDS, TX -- The Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion is proud to announce the appointment of four distinguished professionals to its volunteer Board of Directors: Dr. Yong Choi, Troy Kirby, Sondra Ruhman and Jena Taylor. These accomplished leaders bring a wide range of expertise from healthcare, technology, and security, reinforcing The Pavilion’s commitment to visionary leadership and cultural impact.
Dr. Yong Choi, Vice President of Medical Operation at St. Luke’s The Woodlands Hospital, brings a background of military precision, academic leadership and clinical excellence. A West Point graduate and former U.S. Army commander, Dr. Choi will contribute a disciplined, patient-first perspective to his service on the Board. Dr. Choi and his family are avid lovers and supporters of the arts and you can often find them in The Pavilion crowd.
Troy Kirby, Chief Security Officer at Enbridge, brings over 25 years of experience delivering security solutions for Fortune 500 companies. He has led high-performing security organizations across global operations in the energy and technology sectors. Known for his leadership in building resilient, scalable security frameworks, Kirby adds a critical layer of operational and strategic expertise to The Pavilion’s Board.
Sondra Ruhman, Managing Director at Accenture, specializes in leading operational transformations across a wide range of industries. She is a dedicated community volunteer, serving organizations such as the American Heart Association and Interfaith of The Woodlands. Her strategic leadership and service mindset make her a valued addition to the Board.
Jena Taylor, Vice President of Regional Finance for the Houston Region at Howard Hughes brings a strong focus on financial strategy, operational insight and sustainable growth. Her experience in guiding large-scale financial initiatives and risk management will support The Pavilion’s ongoing growth.
