Two Fugitives Arrested by Montgomery County Task Force for Crimes Against Children and Elderly

MONTGOMERY COUNTY, TX -- On June 3, 2025, the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office and Conroe Police Department personnel who are members of the USMS Gulf Coast Violent Offenders and Fugitive Task Force alongside US Marshals arrested fugitive David Salinas. 37-year-old Salinas was arrested for felony warrants in Montgomery County for Continuous Sexual Abuse of a Child. Salinas is currently confined in the Montgomery County Jail.

On June 4, 2025, the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office and Conroe Police Department personnel who are members of the USMS Gulf Coast Violent Offenders and Fugitive Task Force alongside US Marshals arrested fugitive Heather Michelle Diaz. 54-year-old Diaz was arrested for felony warrants in Montgomery County for Order of Arrest- Injury to Child/Elderly/Disabled. Diaz is currently confined in the Montgomery County Jail.
