Leadership Montgomery County Announces New 2025-2026 Board of Directors and Promotes Sarah Rhea to President & Chief Executive Officer

THE WOODLANDS, TX -- Leadership Montgomery County (LMC) is pleased to announce its new Board of Directors for the 2025-2026 term, alongside the significant promotion of Executive Director Sarah Rhea to President & CEO. These changes underscore LMC's continued commitment to fostering strong leadership and community engagement throughout Montgomery County.
"We are incredibly excited to welcome our new and returning board members, whose diverse expertise and dedication will be invaluable as LMC continues to grow and serve our community," said Angela Storseth-Cooper, incoming Chairman of the LMC Board of Directors. For 14 years, Sarah has been instrumental in transforming LMC, and this new role reflects her profound impact and our vision for the future."
Sarah Rhea's tenure at LMC has been marked by remarkable achievements, significantly expanding the organization's reach and impact. Under her leadership, LMC has seen substantial growth in its signature leadership class, successfully launched the highly impactful Leadership Master Class program, hosted a widely attended annual community-wide leadership summit, and spearheaded countless initiatives that have given back to the Montgomery County community. Her dedication and vision have elevated LMC to unprecedented heights.
